“Been taking this for a few weeks and I do feel my energy is a little better, after struggling with fatigue for a few years its going to be a long journey but this supplement seems to be giving me what I need without having 20 different bottles on the shelf. I do also take Resveratrol, Rhodiola rosea and omega separately as well so they are likely all working well together. I personally don't have issue swallowing them, but I have never really had issues swallowing any pills. I have found my skin on my chin is slightly more greasy and prone to little clogged pores, which is something I have had on and off in the past, but its a small price to pay to get enough energy back to get through the day and perhaps it will settle down as my body gets more used to the increased b vitamins, which can sometimes be the culprit for excess sebum. Overall I would recommend giving it a go if you are looking for an all in one multivitamin which is clean, made with bio available nutrients and none of the toxic fillers and preservatives. It is a good place to start.”

“Only been taking a few months and although I’m not impressed that they were out of stock for my last 2 subscriptions so I had to stop taking them! Before this they had a positive impact on me which I hadn’t noticed with other vitamins before, so much so that them being out of stock and messing up my continuity messed up the good impact. Want to carry on taking but the stock issues need sorting out.”

“Been taking these supplements for over 4 months now. I feel for the hormones this has Definitely worked in terms of a period be more regular. I don’t really see it working in terms of feeling for tired however it may be that you may have to say the supplements long-term. But I very highly recommend this”
