“I’ve had minor sleep issues for awhile and have been taking melatonin nightly to help my sleep which after a while stopped working for me. I find this product really helped my sleep and it makes me more calm overall. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a busy mind!”

“I read so many reviews before purchasing whilst looking for something to help me sleep better and these have really helped. I take in the evening and sleep so much deeper but also wake up feeling a lot more energetic and clearer headed. Brilliant things. I now save these to use at weekends as a treat for a really good sleep, and introducing magnesium to use on a more regular basis when I don’t need all of the Ashgwanda benefits.”
