“I have felt an immediate and positive effect from KSM-66. I take 2 capsules before I sleep, and I can honestly say my sleep has been uninterrupted, I genuinely feel the quality of my sleep is significantly better. I wake up feeling rejuvenated, with little to no anxiety. I am also noticing positive muscle growth. My understanding is that it may be best to cycle this supplement: for example, a month or two on, and then take a month off.”

“30 days came and went. i paid for these and they didnt arrive. the supplier does not allow time therefore you will always be over. poor.”

“Second time trying Ashwagandha, I had a reaction to the first brand. I came off anti-depressants Winter 2021 & since being trying to find natural supplements to help anxiety, and buffer stress. I've been taking these for a month & they've been working really well for me. I'm really pleased with them. However I disagree with taking them everyday every month. Its not a good idea to chronically buffer cortisol; I don't want to become reliant on AG and have extended emotional numbness-sense. Our bodies need a little healthy stress. I will be cycling AG, four weeks on and four weeks off.”
