“My GP recommended this specific supplement and brand to me to help improve my low mood. Many of her patients had responded well to it. It didn't do much to improve my mood initially, but it got rid of my constant splitting headaches, and made me more calm, which did ultimately reduce my low mood. Nothing I'd taken previously came close to helping my headaches, and I wasn't expecting this to, so it was a real added bonus.
