“I have this product on subscription as better value. Easy to manage subscription. Higher amount of ashwagandha than other brands. The product helps with my energy and emotions - keeping them more level and less like a yo-yo! The research I have done suggests the combination of ashwagandha and magnesium works well. And,hey we all tend to lack magnesium in our diets so it's a bonus with this product!”
