“I’ve been taking these for several months as I was extremely tired and not sleeping well. My niece recommended them and I think she was right. I notice if I forget to take them for a few days I realise I need to take them. I do sleep better and notice how my nails seem to grow? I seem to keep healthy so will continue with them xx”

“Really pleased with these vitamins. Love that they are good grown in particular and no nasty fillers. They don’t upset my stomach, easy to take, refills come through my door in sustainable packing for convenience and are held in lovely looking amber glass jars from my first purchase. “I like that the refills come in a recyclable pouch did take some time for it to arrive though, hard to say if I feel any results though only been taking them a couple of months so will have to see.”
