“After a few days I felt as if the ‘natures tranquilliser’ was affecting me too greatly? I felt exactly that, tranquillised?? I have stopped taking it and I feel better. I am keen to take Vitamin D so am wondering what to do ?”

“2nd month using these magnesium tablets. Recommended as an extra supplement during my free 1:1 consultation. I take them with an herbal tea one hour before I go to bed. “I’ve been taking these for several months as I was extremely tired and not sleeping well. My niece recommended them and I think she was right. I notice if I forget to take them for a few days I realise I need to take them. I do sleep better and notice how my nails seem to grow? I seem to keep healthy so will continue with them xx”

“Really pleased with these vitamins. Love that they are good grown in particular and no nasty fillers. They don’t upset my stomach, easy to take, refills come through my door in sustainable packing for convenience and are held in lovely looking amber glass jars from my first purchase. “I like that the refills come in a recyclable pouch did take some time for it to arrive though, hard to say if I feel any results though only been taking them a couple of months so will have to see.”
