“I have been subscribed to Wild Nutrition Food-Grown Magnesium supplements for a good chunk of time now and I really feel the difference. Not only do I wake feeling rested and energised, I actually have consistently better sleeps than before. “After a few days I felt as if the ‘natures tranquilliser’ was affecting me too greatly? I felt exactly that, tranquillised?? I have stopped taking it and I feel better. I am keen to take Vitamin D so am wondering what to do ?”
