“I have been taking Food-Grown Magnesium for almost two months, and take 2 tablets before going to bed. I have had a lot of problems both getting to sleep initially and then again when I'm woken at night by my disabled son. Since taking Magnesium I have fallen asleep quite quickly both on going to bed and on waking. This has definitely improved my energy levels and reduced my anxiety.”

After speaking to Nicole at a 15 minute consultation she recommended Food-Grown® Magnesium and Food-Grown® Multi Strain Biotic supplements for my gut issues that I've been having for over 10 years. They've changed my life. “I’ve noticed the a significant improvement in my sleep quality. I have arthritic pain which regularly wakes me in the night but since taking the magnesium tablets I’m finding it easier to get back to sleep.”
