“I’ve suffered with restless legs for a few months. My sleep was really suffering with it, I was absolutely drained and feeling very low. I tried other iron supplements but they left me with nasty gastric side effects. After about two or three weeks of taking these, the restless legs have stopped completely, with no side effects at all. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“These are fantastic. I love the food grown products and the plastic free packaging. I take these alongside the immune support, vitamin d and multi vitamins and am feeling much healthier and energetic after just a couple of months, although I did start to notice benefits after just a couple of weeks. “I'm a vegetarian, practically vegan and iron is something I struggle with. My iron intake is mainly from spirulina since I'm not very adventurous in the kitchen but it sort of flows right through me. I've always hated iron supplements but this one doesn't have the nasty side effects. I take it with vitamin C before bed twice a week.. When levels are low. Definitely recommend.”
