“I was advised I had low iron by my doctor after getting palpitations. They prescribed me iron tablets which I was reluctant to take due the potential side effects. I found Wild Nutrition online searching for an alternative more natural approach & had a consultation with Lorna who was very informative and gave some great advice. I initially took 3x supplements for the first month as advised in my consultation with Lorna & then reduced to 1x a day. Lorna also recommended the B Complex plus would I also highly recommend for energy. The supplements stopped my palpitations with no side effects . The supplements are great as you can take anytime of the day (without a meal). The aftercare and service you receive from Wild Nutrition is wonderful. They definitely go above & beyond & there is a personal touch.”

“I was diagnosed with iron deficiency with very low ferritin levels. I struggled to find a good supplement that would not irritate my sensitive stomach. These have been amazing, they're easily absorbed and very gentle and after 6 months my iron levels have finally levelled out.”
