“I'm a vegetarian, practically vegan and iron is something I struggle with. My iron intake is mainly from spirulina since I'm not very adventurous in the kitchen but it sort of flows right through me. I've always hated iron supplements but this one doesn't have the nasty side effects. I take it with vitamin C before bed twice a week.. When levels are low. Definitely recommend.”
