“They are good and definitely have an energy boost. However, they stink and have a horrible taste. I’ve ordered the same ones previously and they were much better. Not sure if this is an old batch or something but the smell and taste are awful”

“I’ve tried alsorts of different irons for very low ferritin but seem hypersensitive to them. ferrous fumarate & ferrous biglycinate gave me digestive side effects so thought I’d try these. After a call with the nutritionist I needed 4 per day initially then 3 per day then two per day until my next ferritin check up. I’m hoping they have brought my levels up but I already feel better taking them so I’m giving them 5 stars based on no side effects and having more energy!”

“One of the few ones that don't give me stomach upset like constipation, neaseau etc My husband doesn't like the smell, but I weirdly like the smell. Its also easy to take, and I notice a postage difference in my everyday energy levels. I'll recommend.”

“This product has tripled my very low ferritin levels in 3 months. I feel much better and it hasn't given me the awful digestive issues that previously tried supplements did, as such I will continue using it rather than simply giving up as I have done with other types of iron.”

“I’ve taken a lot of different iron supplements- ferrous funarate pills/ sachets/ sprays- and really feel like these are making the most difference. I take them first thing on an empty stomach and not had any discomfort. I have definitely felt I have more energy and have more colour under my eyes which is a telltale sign when low on iron.”
