“I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, after using the iron tablets for a couple of months, it didn't improve my iron levels, in fact my iron went down so I now need to use the GP prescribed iron which I wanted to avoid as I'm pregnant and we don't want to risk it going down anymore.”

Hello Lesley, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with the Iron Plus. Did you speak to our Nutrition team about this? We set different doses in pregnancy based upon any results or feedback you have from your doctor or midwife. If you did not please contact us to book a free call from our expert Nutritionists who will be happy to help. Iron and stored Iron levels can easily decline in pregnancy as the baby keeps growing, which is normal as weeks go by, hence needing the right dose - which in many cases could be more than 1 capsule, but we safely individually advise. Especially if your levels have already been identified as low by a doctor/midwife, more than 1 capsule may be needed which is very different from a non-pregnant situation.
