“Delighted with the look and the robustness of the pergola. The build instructions were sufficient however I would suggest Step 15 is impossible to do until you have completed Step 16 so perhaps the order should be reversed in Instructions. Also, You need to protect the corners of the struts whilst in transit as 4 roof struts arrived damaged. It looked as if they had been dropped on a corner which resulted in the Lip bending out of shape and the aluminium covering being scraped off … it was necessary to prize them back into shape using a strong man and screwdriver/pliers.”
“Exactly what I wanted - perfect for sun or rain and sitting out in garden. I think the reviews I read really underestimate the work to put it together - even though parts and instructions very well laid out and clear it is physically a tough job for 2 people and takes over 3 hours so would definitely recommend using the assembly service”
