We have the 3-person canoe and it’s already a great addition to our activity options. The build quality is excellent, with durable materials, strong seams, and a sturdy design that feels robust once inflated. It strikes a great balance between being easier to store/transport than a solid canoe and offering a solid, dependable feel on the water. It's comfortably spacious for 3 people (adults/kids). The canoe is stable and easy to paddle, even for those of us with limited paddling experience. The instructions are short on detail, but it’s simple enough to get it up and down again. The only extra detail I would recommend is in the order of inflation to make it easiest to attach the seats. Inflation: 1. Lay out the shell 2. Insert the floor (lining it up with the drain plug) 3. Inflate one side 4. Attach the seats 5. Inflate the second side 6. Inflate the floor Deflation in the reverse order. Needing this detail should only help make it as efficient as possible - it’s pretty quick to inflate ~15 mins. Some extra details and recommendations from my experience: 1. Find a space to practice inflating and deflating once before going out on the water the first time - this will save disappointed kids waiting around for the inevitable slow first time setup 2. Inflate/deflate next to the water if possible - we live only a few hundred yards from a river, but inflating first and carrying a 26kg canoe between 2 adults and a keen teenager gets heavy fast 3. Don’t underestimate how heavy it is packed away - the rucksack is brilliant and easily fits everything inside but it weighs 30kg total. If that sounds too heavy to carry on your back, I recommend a festival trolley or similar All of this considered, this is easily a 5-star canoe and my only regret is not getting one sooner.

We purchased the Venturer Inflatable Canoe as a second inflatable canoe for our growing family, having had such a positive experience with inflatable products. Overall, we’ve been very impressed with the quality and construction of the boat, especially considering its affordable price. The removable floor was a feature I was initially sceptical about, but it has proven excellent for thorough cleaning and drying. The seats are comfortable, although they are a little heavy, and repacking the canoe into the storage bag can be a tight squeeze. The canoe does feel quite wobbly at first, even for us as experienced paddlers, but once settled it handles well and has performed reliably on local flat-water rivers. My only real criticism is the limited height between the seat and floor, which made it difficult to sit in my preferred position with my legs tucked underneath. However, that's a personal preference rather than a flaw in the design. The included paddles were comfortable to use, and the canoe has held up well so far. We're looking forward to taking it to Scotland for some lake paddling adventures. Overall, it's a great-value inflatable canoe that offers quality, performance, and family fun at an excellent price.

The canoe is portable although still heavy. It's spacious and more sturdy than a paddle board. The flat bottom doesn't cut through the water that fast although it's helped because the Board floats on water. Altogether good family fun on water.

I've just taken my canoe out in Poole harbour for the first paddle. Handles great on flat water even without the skegs. Need to use longer screws on the seat brackets.

Absolutely love this dropstitch canoe. We've always had a rigid tandem kayak but with two growing kids we had outgrown it. I've always wanted a canoe, but could never quite stretch to a full Canadian, particularly in terms of car roofspace and ability to load. So when I saw this on the market, I had to havd it. The Venturer exceeds all expectations both in terms of handling and stability, the kids have been jumping into the Loch from it and climbing back in, and at no point has it felt at risk if capsizing. Instructions could be a little more detailed, particularly in relation to positioning of the floor chamber, as I had to deflate and reinstate a couple of times before I got it right, but once up, it's fab! Utterly awesome vessel!

The Venturer is excellent, had three in there no issues (better with 2 due to the back being slightly unstable in comparison but still stable enough) it glides through the water & is really easy to dry & pack away! Love it!

Fantastic , totally brilliant, stable, easy enough to handle on your own, took myself the dog and the youngest out into the deep at parts of Loch Lomond with all our wild camping kit . I love with it, the only thing I would say is I switched out the paddles for canoe paddles. Besides that, absolutely worth the money .
