“I recently spoke with a lady called Sharon based in Gosforth, Newcastle. She was super helpful and passed me to Kai in the dispatch team who kept me updated with expected delivery times after the order was made. The board came in time of a trip away and seems to be great quality. Il be ordering another board from SUP’s in the near future. After reading initial reviews regarding customer service I was a little worried - but you’ve certainly put my mind at ease. Good company from what I’ve experienced! One huge issues for myself - put a phone number on your website! There’s nothing more annoying than not being able to contact a company by phone. The email address you’ve got takes ages to get a response. A phone conversation is personable, efficient and puts customers at ease! If I didn’t live close to your head office where I was able to walk through the front door, I wouldn’t have ordered with SUP’s due to the fact I wanted to speak to someone before ordering.”

“Had the chance to take it out first time today; looks great, very stable, easy to inflate and pack away. Like that there's plenty of places to hook drinks bottle, bag etc to. The paddle is a bit fiddly to get locked, thats the only small con.”
