“Ordered the Tourer 3.0 SUP after doing some research about weight limits etc as I am a big guy. Went for the 11ftèr - This thing is a beast, tried it out over the weekend in the north sea. Albeit a bit windy and choppy, fell off a few times but think I need some practice and probably some much calmer conditions! Very impressed with the quality for the price, delivery was extremely quick... Even though I ordered on a bank holiday Monday it arrived the next working day. Which is very impressive! Looking forward to some summer days on the SUP, cheers Wave”

“I bought the board through the WAVE website with quite a considerable discount, after looking at many other companies offers the price seemed very fair. The whole process went very smoothly from payment to delivery within a couple of days. The board remained in the box till the bank holiday just gone when we were blessed with the weather and decided to give it a trial run at a local watersports park in Cheshire. I must admit I couldn't have been anymore impressed. The board itself looks great and seems so well made, everything about it: non slip top, ankle strap, clip on fin, inflate/deflate valve, handles, storage straps and the paddle all totally fit for purpose. I must admit that I did have one concern after reading previous reviews and that was of the pump, with this being my first SUP board I was overly cautious when pumping it up. Firstly we pumped it up and the pressure gauge didn't seem to move and the board seemed to be quite hard so originally thought that the gauge didn't work. On trying to use the board we realised that we hadn't pumped it up enough because when we were standing on it, it was dipping in the middle. We took it out and pumped some more and to our relief the gauge kicked in and was clearly working fine, simply hadn't put enough air in it the first time to even move the gauge on the pump. On packing it away everything clipped off as it should, deflated in seconds and fitted in the carry all rucksack with plenty of free space which we used for towels and other bits. I did have one last concern and that was that the top section of paddle(the part with the handle on) had taken in water and it didn't seem possible to drain, it wasn't much but you could clearly hear it inside. I was a little worried that it could maybe rot the pole, I left it out in the back garden in the sun once we had got home and shook it for quite a bit with little drips of water coming out at a time. It seems to have done the trick but will obviously take on water once we use it again, just hoping it doesn't corrode. All in all I'm totally impressed and will be recommending WAVE SUP Boards to anyone interested”

“I wanted a first board that I could take out for lowkey adventurous paddles with my daughter, didn't cost too much and would be good enough to keep long term if I got more serious. The 11'3 fit the bill perfectly. Went out for its maiden voyage this weekend in slightly choppy water and handled it easily - it was easy to get it out on the water, felt super stable but easy to get decent distance on. It was easy to pump up, easy to pack away and it all packs in the bag to make transporting really easy. I think it could do with an extra handle near the front but there's multiple d-rings to attach extras too so can easily add something on, it feels like a really versatile board. Customer service was amazing too - I had an issue with the incorrect pump being sent but it was resolved impressively quickly. Price was also really good considering the level of board and what came with it - impressed!”
