“Great service, had an online chat beforehand and it was not only informative but friendly as well. Buying online was easy and delivery straightforward. Had an inflatable hot tub and wanted an upgrade, this has been excellent. I bought a thermal blanket and when I switch my tub off about 16.00, next morning about 9.00 and is still sitting at 34/35, 40/41 at lunchtime”

“Finally set this up in time for the Easter Break, and I am so happy we did as we have been in it nearly every day since. We've put it inside a wood built structure with some extra insulation boards underneath it and the temperature is holding up just fine. Plus apart from the first day, I haven't noticed any massive increase of our heating bill as we have a smart meter that I tend to check at the end of each day. We previously had a Wave inflatable (that evenutually got a slow puncture) and we see this as the next step up, so far so good . It's also deeper than the inflatable, so easy to keep yr shoulders under and the bubbles up the sides of the liner give a good back massage.”

“I used to have a Lazy Spa for 4 years and I thought it was very good, until I tried this new Osaka Rigid Foam..... one of the best purchases of the year!!! I use the Osaka every nights, because it retains the heat so you can switch off the heater button in the night ( after you use it ) and switch it on again at lunch time, ready for the evening again. It more efficient and save you lots of moneys!! The other benefits of the Osaka are the back massage jet, something you don't have in the other Lazy Spa inflatable tubs. But most of all you don't have to worry anymore about inflate/deflate your hot tubs. The price is higher than other inflatable hot tubs, but the Osaka is much better quality and cost less to run, so you save moneys in the long term.”

“Although my hot tub has been delayed, Wavespas have been absolutely fantastic at keeping me updated, resolving my initial complaint and everyone I’ve had contact with has been super helpful. I appreciate that sometimes things are delayed and this is out of the company’s hands but how they deal with it is what’s most important. I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service levels and thank you to Morgan for resolving my queries!”

“Arrived promptly and was easy to set up apart from push fitting the bubble jet tube which was very tricky. Feels really big inside and needs seats which are not supplied. Using it outdoors in November it is not possible to maintain constant water temperature so could do with a more powerful heater. Could also benefit from a solid lid.”

“This is our 2nd hot tub and the wave Osaka is a massive improvement on the previous layzspa vegas. The bubble jets are more controlled and directed whilst the vertical stripes direct thr air all the way up your back. The rigid foam is a much better insulator and it retains heat very effectively even as the nights and days get colder. Very impressed!”
