“I purchased my hot tub a few weeks ago, it came very prompt ,was very easy to assemble and looks great compared to an inflatable. Whoever I ran in to an issue with the pumps as it was making a god awful noise. I contacted customer service and expected it to be a lengthy process waiting for a replacement..........I was wrong. I recieved a new pump within days and is working spot on. A great hot tub with excellent customer service, would highly recommend.”

“We bought this hot tub as an upgrade/time saver from our previous homemade wood-fired tub. What can I say? It's excellent! I put it up by myself initially and it was extremely easy and user-friendly. My partner and I have since moved it into our 'Spa shed', and taking it down and re-building was so easy and quick. It is efficient and although it does cost a little to heat up (to be expected!), it retains heat well. The bubbles are also really impressive, I didn't expect it to be like a regular hot tub, but it is! Overall an excellent, value-for-money hot tub, we've been recommending it to all of our friends and family/anyone that will listen, haha. Thank you!”

“We've had inflatable hot tubs for about 6 years, great for joints & aches & pains. I've never liked the fibreglass 'seated' types so decided to try the Osaka. We got a good deal & it was sat in our lounge over winter before getting some work done on site. Bit of a faff to build but oh my, wow, we absolutely love it. It's much deeper than others we've had & hope that the thermal properties keep costs down. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered at the end of January 2023 and it arrived a couple of days later - very impressed with the speed of despatch and delivery. Arrived in two boxes, the box with the pump was just about carryable but the box with the tub was really awkward even for two of us - both boxes could really do with carrying handles. The instructions to set it up were detailed and we didn't have much trouble at all (but I wouldn't have liked to attempt it on my own). There were two smaller hoses and one larger - I had to match the icons on the instructions to the icons on the pump, hose and hot tub outer skin which were quite difficult to make out. The pump was very noisy, we could hear it in the kitchen through the treble glazing and that didn't feel right. I contacted customer support and after a bit of tooing and frowing they agreed to send me a new one. I dropped the noisy pump at a DPD drop pick up point and I had a new pump two days after. The new pump is a lot quieter. The foam insulation is efficient and the outside (of the tub) feels cool to the touch but the inflatable top and cover were quite warm. I've put some sold insulation between the inflatable top and the cover and that seems to have improved things. I keep the hot tub on 24/7 as we are in it virtually daily and it's cheaper to run than the inflatable that we had previously. All in all an excellent product and I have no regrets in buying it.”

“Very solid much better than the inflatable hot tubs.keeps heat a lot long when using it as well as retaining the heat when switched off for a couple of days I,e I used it on Monday evening when finished using it temp was at 36 then switched off until Friday evening when I switched the heater on temp was 23 the inflatable hot tubs would have gone down to 7-10.I know it’s the same heater pump as the inflatable ones but I feel it’s not as strong in terms of the pressure released from the jets hoping this is not an issue with the heater pump over all I’d give this a 9/10 would b a 10 if the pump was stronger.”

“We absolutely happy with the purchase! Was so easy and quick to set up , Kids spending time on it nearly every day , the only one things what we struggling with is the temperature not going to 40 degrees, we had 36 and then on display it start flashing . Otherwise is the best lazy spa on market .”
