“I'm astounded with how brilliant tha inflatable hot tub is! Very easy to set up- very sturdy and actually really big! I thought maybe it would turn put to be smaller and cramped with up to 6 people in it but it's really not. My kids love it as do I. The filter/bubble.maxhine is great aswell- shows you the temperature and let's you turn the bubbles on or off and it's surprisingly quiet. I expected it to be louder and annoying but it's not. Very impressed and it's so lovely and warm too”

“Ordered an Atlantic plus due to £150 off and generally good reviews. Wasn't sure when it would be delivered as no info on delivery date and most reviews about delivery were from lockdown so difficult to determine - giving a delivery date would have been something I would have appreciated, hence 4 stars. Pleased to say hot tub and extras arrived 2 days after ordering and using the instruction leaflet and online video, set up was easy and hassle free. Did have a question about a possible hole and the web based chat worked well and fast, with Paddy from the Wave reassuring me that it was a ventilation hole after I sent a pic. We've had the hot tub running 2 days now and it's superb so far - had it upto 40 degrees at night and bought it for sitting under the stars/clouds during autumn and winter so we can be outdoors more. Overall, would say its a fantastic product and the Wave team seem to be working hard to give great customer service and vfm. Don't be put off by the negative reviews and if you have reservations, go for it. Wish the Wave team all the best for the future.”
