“Although I haven’t completed setting up my inflatable hot tub, it seems to be made of good quality. But, Tom and Nuy in customer service were terrific! They answered my emails quickly and seemed interested in satisfying the customer! Hopefully, the hot tub will live up to the customer service employees.”

“I live in Canada so we get some pretty cold winters. So far the tub has held up great. It’ll stay around 101 even on the colder days. Also hasn’t made a huge impact on my electric bill. Setup was easy as well. Only took myself about 15-20 mins without any help. Highly recommend.”

“Came quickly, the setup was quite easy, I should have ordered the chemicals at the same time but being new to the Hot tub world, didn't think of it when ordering but have ordered them now. I got the inflatable cover as well which is keeping the heat in and the water hot.”

Chemicals are needed to ensure your tub is clean and safe to use, so to see you have purchased these, is great. Our inflatable covers are an amazing accessory to your spa, and I am thrilled to see you have been able to get one, especially as the weather gets colder as we reach further into December, their heat retention properties become very useful.
