“Second time (I think, could be more) we booked a narrowboat holiday with Waterways Holidays. We booked on a Saturday and immediate received an acknowledgement that is wat a prelimanary reservation and it would be finalized the next working day. It was a big and pleasant surprise that they contacted us directly on Saturday. By phone we got a lot of good and helpful information about our booking and the hire company. On Monday we got the documents and final confirmation. All went well and would recommend this lovely company and team to book your narrowboat holiday”
