“I installed these quite quickly on my own without much bother. The pieces fitted together well. I only needed to use one of the supplied hoses, as when I cut it down to size the remainder was plenty long enough to connect to the second butt. The most difficult bits are: - cutting a neat section of the drainpipe - drilling neat 25mm holes I only had a spade bit, but it ended up making a bit of a mess. The fittings concealed it pretty well though, and I used some sealant around the fit. It's watertight and looks fine. The taps are closed when at 90 degrees to the front of the butt.”

“Never had a water butt before so new ground . The assembly was reasonably simple and the English weather filled both 200l butts in one day , the rain water diverter and connection to the second butt all working without fuss.”
