“Still waiting for the water butt to arrive - chased it after 7 working days and told to give it another week which I did. Nothing arrived so chased and told order had been lost by DPD. So, another dispatched - told it should arrive this week. I requested the delivery charge be refunded but so far refused to refund. I have ordered before from these folk with an excellent experience but really disappointed with the service this time”

“Now on a water meter so decided to purchase 2 200l water butts. Arrived within 10 days of placing order. Easy to install if you follow the instructions precisely and measure correctly. They filled up with a just couple of days of rain, which was quite amazing. Seem robust and do the job required. Pleased with purchase.”

“Good water butt with all items required to connect to the down pipe and dispense water via the included tap, the child proof lid on the butts is a good addition and is easy for an adult to rotate to access the water butt interior when required. Efficient and quick delivery via courier.”
