This 250L Slimline Water Butt from Strata is perfect for smaller gardens due to its space-saving design. It's made from durable plastic and has a square shape which makes it easy to find a convenient space for it around your garden. Comes complete with tap, lid, stand and diverter meaning you will have everything needed to start recycling your rainwater and begin reducing your water bills! To maintain this waterbutt, we've got you covered! - All you'll need is one of our Microbial Discs or our Treatment Bottle just for waterbutts! The diverter fits standard 68mm round and 65mm square downpipes. This covers the majority of domestically used downpipes, including square. Please note, there are two templates at the top of the water butt on both sides that are not pre-drilled. You can drill these manually if you are wanting to install a diverter or linking kit. “Easy enough to order and the water butt arrived quite quickly. The packaging was damaged (this, in my experience is normal with the courier this company uses). There was supposed to be a stand with the water butt. That was missing. Have tried to call the company about this but have not been able to get through.”

“Ordering and delivery straight forward, Unpacking the butt i discovered a bit of a delve in one side but fortunately the way I've set it up near the fall pipe the delve faces the wall so no worries. Diverter was easy to fit, I didn't have a 27mm hole saw and not many people will but I used 25mm and used a file bit attachment in the drill and gently made the hole the right size. Yes the lid is snug but not a problem. The stand is OK and does the job but when you 1st put it together it seems a bit iffy! When the butt is full the stand does it's job so also no problem. All in all yes I'd recommend this.”

“the base is a bit strange as it is made of three parts, so depending on what surface you install it on, it might be a bit difficult to use. We put it at the edge of a decking that has parallel and perpendicular pieces underneath with a slight height difference that made it awkward to install. I'd be happier with a single-piece base that we had with our other large waterbutt...”
