“nice product and connects to Hozelock type fittings and will feed eg a hose. However, I wanted to maintain a permanent connection with the water flowing for only part of the time. This raises a problem as the connection requires a certain minimum head of water to effect a seal, and the head from a water butt does not provide this, and so it does not work for me.”
