“I purchased the green marble effect water butt with the diverter missing. To their credit this was sent in good time but the instructions are poor as they give no indication how of how this is secured to the water butt itself as you can’t open the butt from the top therefore you can’t secure from the inside in order to screw the connector in. I don’t think the product has been thought through and will probably go somewhere else in future”

Hi Richard, I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with fitting your diverter. Full installation instructions should have been included with the diverter. I do not know which diverter you have, but fitting instructions are also given under the product details on the website. Mandy
