“Planter is too shallow to plant anything. Can't attach a diverter without drilling holes ow sawing off bits. Customer service was unhelpful, dismissive and rude. Had to call 3 times before they picked up the phone. They did not respond to my help request via their website form. Would not recommend.”

Hi Antoinette, you will need to measure the diameter of your downpipe and then check against the product description of the diverters listed on our website to check that it would fit. We are able to supply a suitable diverter for most domestic/commercial downpipes. If you could send the measurements of your downpipe ( diameter divided by 3.14)and whether it is round or square, plastic or metal to our customer service team: cs@gm8group.com we will be able to recommend a diverter that would work for you.
