This 300L Maurano Stone Effect Water Butt in Sandstone has an authentic stonewall effect appearance and includes a lid, brass tap and wall-fixing bracket. These water butts are UV-protected and weather resistant and are ideal for anyone who wants to collect rainwater in the comfort of their own garden. This water butt also includes 3 x 3/4" brass threaded ports - one for tap, others for drain-down near the base (one on either side). “In the advert the water butt has plants on the top but these would be rather precarious as the top (which does not fit very well) has no lip for retaining plant pots. Also the water butt cost a great deal of money but didn’t include a water diverter to attach to an adjacent downpipe. You have to buy one separately. For such a lot of money we expected rather more than we received.”

“Needed a water butt for a spot that was very visible from the conservatory and the garden so needed to look good. This was the perfect choice as it's attractive and slim. I had ordered the sandstone but when it came ir was granite. This was a happy mistake as the granite is a much better colour &or our house, I just hadn't noticed that option. I would have liked better communication from the company regarding delivery etc, but the product is good. Not fitted yet so can't comment on that.”
