“I found out about this dry dog food on allaboutdogfood.co.uk . The dual protein Duck and Turkey 6kg sounded impressive. I bought a bag for my 9 year old Sprocker Spaniel bitch together with a bottle of their Salmon oil. Ordering and delivery was fast and easy. I had a query over a packaging issue and leaking of the salmon oil (not the dry food)which was replaced free of charge. When you first open the product the pellet format looks as tasty as cardboard ! I started the transition, as per the instructions but it did not happen as quickly as expected. I again contacted the company who offered advice about further transitioning and more detailed exact amounts to feed and 2 x complimentary sample bags of the ocean fish dry food. It has taken 10 weeks to transition. We kept with the dual protein and salmon oil her coat and digestion is amazing no anal gland problems anymore firm poops 4 times a day. My dog absolutely loves this food, no going back to boring unhealthy kibble. High quality food, delivery and customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.”
“It’s rated well from a nutritional perspective and the dog eats it. It’s difficult to comment on its quality as my dog isn’t in any different condition since moving to it. No change in coat, teeth, build….
I e given three stars as small bags is annoying and inconvenient. Shipping costs are based on weight is making a 12-16kg sack won’t make any difference to you and will be better for your customers with large breeds.”
“Been transitioning 2 of my miniature Jack Russells onto this. It's been a breeze they love the food, no tummy problems and they have even lost a bit of weight as this is a lower carb food than they were on previously, so that's a bonus. Have knocked a star off as the kibble is a bit big for my tiny dogs with many teeth missing (thank you vet). Would be 5* if W&D did a small bite version. Would have also transitioned my 6 month old mini JRTs on as well but this is too big to do at present will have to wait until they are fully grown. Small bite version please!??”
“Seems to be a good quality food that my 15 month old Labrador likes. Still in the transition between food and stools are firm. Would prefer if the cold pressed pellets were larger.”
