“No complaints about the food. I have transitioned 4 dogs of various ages on to this over 6 months or so and they are all doing well and loving it. Fair price for a decent quality food. However the subscription online account service is very clunky and not really fit for purpose. I have tried to amend the frequency of the subscription on 2 occasions each time I transitioned more dogs but this is impossible to do online from my account. The first time I called W&D to help it was done instantly no problem by a very helpful man. But the second time a couple of months later I called to amend it none of my calls over a period of 3 weeks were answered and no one responded to my 2 voicemails, so I ended up having to cancel my subscription and start a new one to increase the frequency of my deliveries. Also, beware the date of your W&D subscription is the date the money is taken from your account before picking, packing and transport happens and NOT the date on which the food is delivered, unlike my other 2 dog food subscriptions who deliver on the subscription date, so be warned this can add up to 3 or 4 days wait for the food. I fell foul of this with my first order, assuming it would work like Years and Marleybones do.”
“Didn't really get enough in a sample to try so I don't know how to rate apart from it's the smallest sample I've ever received. For £2.99 I though it would be enough for a days worth of trying.”

“My 3 dogs loved this! 1 of my dogs is an absolute diva when it comes to food but she didn’t hesitate eating this. Would like to see dual protein flavour such as rabbit and lamb as mine are allergic to chicken and beef. Bonus being grain free!”
