Perfect finish installation was simple and the doors are perfect. Great delivery and customer service. Used between living room and dining room good seals so no smells migrating from kitchen into the living room and noice reduction is superb. Would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the doors that we have separating our dining room from the living room. Our main concern is the door handles that strike the second part of the door when it is fully opened, this in time will mark/damage the door. The doors do look good and enhance the two rooms without doubt

Hi Mr West, Many thanks for your kind review. We are delighted to hear how pleased you are with your doors, and thank you for raising your concern. We do offer a catch kit that will prevent the handle from making contact with the adjoining door, they are available as an optional extra when ordering, and also from our accessories section. Please contact a member of our sales team on 01625 442 899 and we will be more than happy to process an order for you. Kind regards Vufold

These doors fit my requirements functionality perfectly and give me the improved opening between the two rooms I wanted and look good in place. The product was easy to fit as replacement doors and the new frame fitted into the jams of my old doors after widening my old frame by 10mm on one side. I have given the product (doors prefinished in white) only 3 stars it is made of manufactured wood and I have concerns about the durability of some areas also the white finish chips very easily from knocks and will probably need to be painted eventually. The hardwood threshold is 100% needed if installing between carpeted rooms. The wood supplied for the threshold sands up nicely removing any of the installation marks and a satin varnish finish after 3 to 4 coats is lovely showing the grain, colour and texture. I was disappointed to have to make a cutout in the doors to accommodate the lower hinge/pivot. This is explained in the instructions and a jig is provided to help but I can't see why this cannot be done in the factory as you have to be so careful not to damage the finish from cutting or from supporting the door during the cut. Would I recommend it as a DIY project; YES. However, maybe go for a hardwood version and decorate to your choice.

Hi Neil, Many thanks for the great review – we really appreciate the feedback and we are delighted to hear they fit your requirements perfectly. Thank you also for sharing how easy you found the doors to install, your installation looks great! You will experience no issues regarding the durability of the doors, and we do offer a 15-year guarantee to back this up. The paint finish will require no more maintenance than any normal internal door would; you may wish to freshen them up every few years. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the cut out for the bottom pivot block. The reason the cut out is required as part of the installation is because the doors are reversable for left or right opening. Thank you again for your kind review and thank you for recommending Vufold. Best regards Vufold

Bought the doors and kept them in the packaging until the day we were having them installed to keep them pristine. When we opened there was a massive chunk missing from them. We called and asked for a replacement/refund but since it was longer than 30 days we were refused. Poor.

Dear Mr Coulson, We are sorry that you felt the need to post your two reviews, one here and one on another site. We are also disappointed as we have not heard from you for over eight weeks since we offered to supply you with a replacement door at a reduced price. You are quite right in saying that we declined to offer a free replacement due to our terms and conditions. We have terms and conditions in place to protect our customers and ourselves in the event of anything going awry. We ask customers to sign documentation on delivery to say that there is no sign of damage to the packaging when they receive it – you will recall that you signed to say there was no evidence of this on your order. This leads us to conclude that there could not have been any damage during transit. If there was, we would have expected you to have found broken bits of wood inside the packaging when you opened it, but you informed us that there were none. When you sent us photos of the damaged door, we were shocked at the extent of it and the suggestion that it could have left our factory in that condition. Whilst we accept minor mistakes can happen, we do feel there is simply no way it would have passed our rigorous quality and assessment checks with that much damage. If we had found a door in that condition before despatch it would have been taken off the line and remanufactured to a saleable condition. Our terms and conditions are very clear in that we expect customers to check for and report any damages within 14 days of receipt of their order. You did not get in touch with us until 41 days after we despatched the order to you. With the problem not being reported for such a long time, we have no way of knowing if the damage occurred before or after delivery and as such, cannot take responsibility for the damage. However, that still did not stop us from offering you a replacement door at a reduced rate, even though it could not be shown clearly that we were at fault. If you would like to take up that offer, then please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to help. Kind regards Vufold
