This Premium High Energy Mix contains sunflower hearts, peanut granules, white millet, kibbled maize, pinhead oats, canary seed, oil seed rape and red millet. High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“All the birds seem to love this..I also put in some Niger seeds for the Goldfinches...we had 8 Blue tits this morning, 2 Greenfinches, (which is really good news) great tits, coal tits, robins. Thank you for the prompt service too.”
