This Premium High Energy Mix contains sunflower hearts, peanut granules, white millet, kibbled maize, pinhead oats, canary seed, oil seed rape and red millet. High energy sunflower hearts and chopped peanuts are in this year-round favourite. Contains no wheat. Suitable for seed feeder, bird tables and ground feeders.

“An excellent food that gets eaten up to the last seed! Great mix for blue tits, robins, great tits, coal tits, green finches, sparrows and my blackbirds love it too.
