“I read the advice on the website, which recommended feeding the birds all year round, and that mealworms were rich in protein. I bought the mealworms, but when my regular bird visitors came in the mornings, they ignored the mealworms and only ate their usual food. In the end the mealworms started becoming beetles, so I liberated them in the garden. So the delivery was fine, but a waste of money on my part.”
