“The previous delivery the mealworms were packed with egg cartons. This time just newspaper. It was alot easier to separate the worms from the egg cartons. In this hot weather the mealworms expired in the garden shed just before the last feed but the birds were still grateful.”
“Excellent quality product and the birds love them. We have knowingly fed and reared via their parents of course, two robins, four blackbirds, five great tits, three blue tits and countless house sparrows to adulthood. All desperate to form a not so orderly queue at our back door. At the busiest of times the worms arrived packed in newspaper inside the bag and not in egg boxes which makes it difficult to unpack and decant them into a tray.”
