An extremely high energy mixed seed bird food at a great price. This High Energy Mixed Seed flows well through tubular seed feeders in the wettest of environments. Our High Energy Mix contains: black sunflowers, chopped peanuts, white millet, kibbled maize, canary seed, pinhead oats, oil seed rape and red millet. Much like our Mixed Seed bird food but with more high energy black sunflowers and without the wheat. Our High Energy Mixed Seed bird food is also suitable for bird tables and ground feeders

High Energy mix has proved very successful All the birds enjoy this and I add oats rolled, dried fruit, rinsed for the soft billed birds, and and wheat and cracked maize ground feed the pheasants. The green finches, chaffinches. Collared doves, pigeons, jackdaws. I put some in feeders in the hedge and some in the trees as the bigger bird don’t seem to attack the feeders in those areas and the shyer birds seem to like the positions.

the mix is fine but far too much choice of feeds and the same goes for the bird feeder - a big issue is squirrels so a sturdy wide outer box crucial for many people
