I'm sorry about the issue with the mats - We haven't heard anything from you so was not aware of any issues and have not had the opportunity to look into this.
With your mats, the delivery note is included which asks you to get in touch (info@vehichlematsuk.com) if there are any issues so we can sort them out for you. Please could you email me a picture of the mats you have received and tell me your registration number so I can sort this out?
If the clips are not in line with the studs it's possible that the wrong year has been ordered.
