Thank you for ordering from us. Our mats are 100% tailored to fit, if the mats do not fit it's likely that the wrong mats have been ordered. If your car is the 2016 model it's likely that you need mats for the earlier model. Please reply to my email with your reg number so I can get the incorrectly ordered mats exchanged for you. The clip will have broken doe to the incorrectly ordered mats being forced onto the floor stud.
