I have recently cut down on eating meat and fish but had not realised this was affecting energy levels. Energy and general wellbeing is much improved.

I’ve tried powdered vitamins, liquid one and this seemed like an easier method to get the needed vitamins. Unfortunately, it made me itch terribly. I tried several different times to make sure that this was the cause. Each time I had the same reaction. I wasted my money on this one.Update - although this product did not work for me the company was concerned and responsive. I received a refund and feel that this is a worthwhile company and encourage others to see for yourself if it works for you.

The manufacturers have asked me to review their vegan vitamin tablets 3 days after I received them, so it’s too soon to say if we notice any health benefits. But they are definitely easy to swallow, don’t taste unpleasant, and, compared to some other brands, appear to be good value. Vitamin supplements have to be rather taken on trust, as their results are hard to evaluate. My partner and I are moving to a plant based diet at age 70 and want to ensure we don’t miss out on essential micronutrients. If I have further comments to make about this product in due course I will amend my review.

I've been taking these daily for a number of months and just had some bloodwork done. Of COURSE YMMV but I find it interesting it supposedly has 400% RDV Vitamin D, and I typically have 20% D in a few other dietary sources daily, but my bloodwork showed my D level a bit low (26, bottom recommended reference range is 30). So I wonder about bioavailability or something with these.I initially chose these in part because they do have iron, and while my iron level looks fine, my 'saturation' is high. (I need more doctor interpretation of this). Considering I also have other sources of iron, and the D isn't working, I might try a different multivitamin.I don't have much other reference, taking it hasn't made me feel any different.

I have been vegan for 4yrs now and suppliment with these and they seem to work well, for me personally I need a higher vitamin d level but I've always needed that quite high.Good all round vitamins not too huge and easy to swallow, I've not noticed any taste to them and the fact it's 6 months worth in 1 pot is amazing.

After much research, I decided to try these vegan multivitamins instead of my usual brand. My usual brand keeps raising the price...which bothers me for a number of reasons, the main one being that as vegans, it's imperative that we consume or supplement our diets with the R.D.A. of vitamins and minerals. Why keep raising the price on such a vital necessity and how can I continue to patronize a business with ethics like that? After a few weeks of using this multivitamin, I started experiencing muscle spasms and other unexpected issues. My physician looked at the only change in my diet: this multivitamin and felt that the dosing was inadequate for my particular health issues. This is not to say that this multivitamin isn't beneficial for other vegans, it's just not right for me.This company appears to be one that I'd like to support. They've sent wonderfully informative emails and warm welcomes into the Vegan Vitality family. I wish this particular product had worked for me, but (again) my nutritional needs are very, very specific. I will look into other supplements by this company but regretfully will have to return to the former for my multivitamin needs. Too bad.

Sorry Folks,But just because a mineral or nutrient is classified by our ill-lustrious gov't, doesn't Necessarily mean it's True for All of Most. With All the "Stress", "Anxiety", and just the "above normal" wear & tear on the human-race, and the fact that it is indeed a "Race", We Need at least 200-300 percent potency! Truly. I regret that Yours is rather Low and lacking in that regard. Honestly, what drew me was Your generous quantity and price. And i'm not being overly critical because i'm not a Vegetarian, just a bit more straightforward and honest. PLEASE, NO OFFENSE INTENDED. (By the way, i take 2 or 3 every day.)TAKE CARE.
