“The problem with buying vitamins is that more often than not you open the packet to find tablets that a horse would struggle to swallow. These were a pleasant surprise. Only about 2cm long, they resemble your average paracetamol caplet in size and shape, making them really easy to swallow. There's every chance that I will buy them again.”

“My nails are the strongest & healthiest they’ve ever been. I got these a while back after suspecting I was deficient in a few vitamins as my hair and nails were brittle and could hardly grow without breaking. I’ve seen huge improvements since taking these and am super happy with this purchase I’d definitely recommend”

“I am now deficient in Iron and vitamin D after taking these for more than 6 months. Also my B12 is on the lower side. Quite gutted because I do eat healthily and try to avoid taking these with coffee but they haven't done the job they are meant to, will try a new supplement next time.”

“I was hoping this multivitamin would work for me because it's a great value for the price and is very convenient to take, but I personally started having side effects such as a rapid heartbeat almost immediately after I began taking these (which started to subsided once I discontinued use after a week or so). Unfortunately it didn't work for me personally.”
