“These vitamins contain 100% or more RDA of all the essential vitamins and minerals( apart from calcium)in one easy to swallow pill. I eat a varied plant based diet,so I am sure I get everything I need from that,so i just take these for a bit of extra assurance. Because of that,I can't really comment on the efficacy of these supplements. Outstanding value for money too.”
