“Super happy with these multivitamins. It is a large pill. Neutral taste, with a pleasant smell, that does NOT start to dissolve early in your mouth or anything. I bought this pill because it is most similar (as far as variety and amounts of vitamins and minerals) to my previous, nonvegan multivitamin. Great price!! So happy to have found this!”

“So I'm pretty sure for starters you're not suppose to take certain vitamins with eachother like b12 and vitamin c because it will pretty much cancel out the b12 also ones like magnesium and calcium or calcium ane zinc. I'm pretty sure you're suppose to wait a couple hours before taking one or the other to avoid it from being depleted by the other”

“Bought these for myself (breastfeeding vegan Mom and took throughout pregnancy too. Was ill postpartum so took 2 a day for a while).Size is OK but the smell and taste isn't so good but I just put my big girl pants on and get on with it.However they are a really good quality with a tonne of vitamins in at a great price too compared to so many other vegan vitamins i have tried over the years so I just eat something afterwards to make sure it doesn't get stuck in my throat which your probably meant to so anyway but as a busy parent to 4 mini vegans I tend to take them in the morning with coffee.”
