Here is a little tip that might enhance your experience with the toner. For an extra cooling and even more refreshing sensation, store it in the fridge for 15 minutes before applying it under your eyes by putting a few drops on a half cotton pad, gently dabbing it, or leaving it on for 5 minutes.
