“Most toners make my skin weirdly rough and dry but this makes my skin feel so smooth and calmed. It's hard work to hydrate my skin enough without making it overly greasy and this does a lot of the work for me so I need to moisturise much less than I otherwise would! Would definitely recommend if you have dry skin.”
