“I havent experienced them in a fall, touch wood I wont need too, so I cannot comment on that. In terms of the item, appears very good quality and very comfortable fit under my normal trousers/jeans. My normal trousers tend to be slim/skinny but they fit comfortably underneath. Highly recommend, especially for shooting around town when you dont want to get full gear on.”

“Bought these a size bigger after reading the reviews and they are plenty long enough if not a little to long now. Fit nicely but yet to try the protection - didn’t buy any in case I didn’t like the leggings - my jeans might be a bit tight with the hip protection but overall a good buy.”

“Comfy, well made and perfect for wearing underneath jeans. I am F5,11 skinny and ordered the medium size which fit well. Although you do have to pull up the material around the thighs for the knee armour to sit in place. Once jeans are on over the top the knee armour stays where you want it to and doesn’t move back down. I wear skinny jeans and can wear long johns, the bowtex leggings with the armour in and jeans over the top without the armour looking bulky or standing out. No one even realises you have armour in at the knee unless they look closely. Would purchase again.”

“These things feel, fit, and wear great. I have put in 10+ hours in them and have to say they are by far more comfortable than any other lower body armor I have worn. The fit is a tad bit small, I ordered up one size which worked well and I should just be able to fit an insulating under layer beneath these for cold weather. The knee and hip pad appear well made and they stay in place nicely over your knees through the full range of motion and riding positions, much nicer than jeans with armor pockets that are only positioned correctly within a narrow range of articulation. Best part is that I can wear any style of pants I choose, even under slacks for commuting.”
