“Hello fella wax jacket enthusiast, whether it’s Belstaff or Barbour .I own both and they are really the best . Ok so I bought the Re-proofing was by Belstaff & it is Just Fantastic ( Honestly) I was going to send my jacket to London and get it done in shop , however it was the 6 to 7 week wait that put me off . So I looked up YouTube and saw some videos. Now I have to say that rather that rub the wax in with a cloth , I heated the wax and then used a small 1 inch paint brush and painted it on . Then after each time the wax started to solidify, I used the hair dryer and spread the wax out evenly with the brush . There are three pictures & I am sure you’ll agree the finished result was very good . It took Approx 2/3 hours to do completely & evenly . It has now been drying for just over 6 days now & I can fully say with confidence that it’s looking like new . Well done to Belstaff for a great product & I still have 1/2 a ton left . Now my son wants me to re wax his one , which I’ll do gladly.”
