“Had the boot a year - stored from Sept 16 though so it was used only through one summer. Great styling, great fit, very comfy and with 16 countries bagged in 17 days last summer (and 4,500 miles) it was a brilliant boot to tour Europe in. Just mailed Urban Rider about a replacement so lets see how the customer service is... Im hoping its outstanding. Ride safe.”

“Superb boots, comfortable, classy in a rugged sort of way. Unusually high leg for a lace-up means they are a secure fit. The only addition I would have liked would be a waterproof membrane extended to the full length of the tongue making them fully waterproof. Fab colour.”

“Ive only had these a few weeks but so far they are a great boot. Very comfortable and robust. Everything works as it should, all the methods of doing the boot up seem tough quality and look to last years of biking. A good looking boot with jeans.”

“Outstanding service from the staff, heaps of advice in advance. Impressed with the boots, a bit more artificially distressed than necessarily apparent in the photos, but great quality overall. Pretty true to size, I normally wear a 9us in shoes (42) but motorcycle boots a 10(43) just so they are not so snug and I can wear thicker socks. I got the 43 and it was not too big, but I am pretty sure I could have fit into the 42 okay as well.”

“These boots were extremely comfortable straight out of the box. They are well built and look to offer a decent level of protection for a boot of this style. I havent put the waterproof credentials to the test in heavy rain yet but in short showers they have been completely dry. The leather has discoloured in some areas where the boots flex but I think this adds to the look of the boot rather than detracts from it. The Zips are solid and make putting the boots on a quick and simple. I use them every day for my city commute and they also look good off the bike. They are actually more comfortable off the bike than my Dr Martins. Overall a well made and protective pair of boots for city riding.”
