“Superb boots, comfortable, classy in a rugged sort of way. Unusually high leg for a lace-up means they are a secure fit. The only addition I would have liked would be a waterproof membrane extended to the full length of the tongue making them fully waterproof. Fab colour.”

“Put them on on straight out the box, miles to small, then took all the paper out the toes and taddah.....perfect fit. Quality is excellent, one tough boot, fitment is true to size and comfy. Boot was higher up the leg than I imaged but in my case that is good. Went straight out into the Hong Kong monsoon rain and was dry as bone after a couple of hours. All in all a good all round boot on and off the bike.”

“The boots look great. They are comfortable for riding but i could not walk with it, or very little. It did quickly causes me to get blisters. This is however a problem I have with many shoes. I'm sure others may have not this issue. I retuned the boots and urban riders refunded the money on my account. I wish I could wear them boots”

“I really wanted a military style boot that was easy to put on and take off. I also love the finish of the brown Stylemartin boots, they change colour as they age and look more and more vintage as time passes. The rocket is a great boot. Once you have adjusted the tightness of the laces, you just zip them on and off. The gator does not come up all the way to the top but it's fine for anything aside from hurricanes or riding through waterholes. I wear a standard 7.0 U.S. and a 39 fits fine for me. Thank god because that's the smallest size they make. Great product and service from Urban Rider. --Bryan F.”

“These boots were extremely comfortable straight out of the box. They are well built and look to offer a decent level of protection for a boot of this style. I haven't put the waterproof credentials to the test in heavy rain yet but in short showers they have been completely dry. The leather has discoloured in some areas where the boots flex but I think this adds to the look of the boot rather than detracts from it. The Zips are solid and make putting the boots on a quick and simple. I use them every day for my city commute and they also look good off the bike. They are actually more comfortable off the bike than my Dr Martins. Overall a well made and protective pair of boots for city riding.”
