“These are a great change from my motorcycle wear. Heavier than Jeans and not quite a breathable but I'm getting used to it. I'm confused by the belt loops stopping before they go forwards! 6 belt loops to the rear but none on the front half. Good well and zip to my Merlin jacket.”

“A great pair of motorcycle trousers, they look great, the sizing is as described on UR and as ever the service from UR is bang on. The only thing that lets these trousers down to my mind is the belt area, loops don’t come all the way round to the front. I’ve opted for a pair of braces and they do the job!”

“Once again Urban Rider have managed to get an order that was made on Thursday to my door step in Melbourne the following Monday. Full marks for service delivery. Have not had the chance to test the product yet, as we are in summer here in Australia, however they look and feel like a quality product that have been well made. My only concern is the sizing. I ordered a medium which is supposed to fit a 32 waist. I’m a size 32 with Saint and Ugly Bros. I would say in reality Merlin’s size medium are a 30. SIZE UP!”

“These are fantastic trousers the fit is as Urban Rider size guide, the fabric has a very nice feel and the armour is so thin its almost undetectable but its in the right places. some have said their low cut and fall down but not the case here with a belt and attached to my Barton jacket their no trouble. They look and feel great on and of the bike. I couldn't recommend them more highly. London to New South Wales in three days says it all for service. Thanks and well done.”

“Great pair of trousers. Warm, comfortable and fit well over a pair of boots. Came up a little big for me and changed for a smaller size (done very quickly by Urban Rider). Very pleased and would certainly purchase more from Merlin. Purchased with a Merlin jacket which look great together.”
